How quickly will my order ship?
Your bedlinen will be dispatched on the same day if the order is received by 12pm (AEST) on a business day, unless you are notified otherwise at the time of your order.
Australian orders will ship free via Australia Post and should be received in 3 to 5 days.

DHL is used for international orders with tracking. A flat rate of $30 will be charged to ship internationally to most destinations; please allow up to 28 days for your bed linen to arrive.

What is the thread count of the bamboo cotton?
Thread count is usually applied to 100% cotton fabrics, and because this is a bamboo cotton blend the thread count can not be legally applied.
Our BAMBOO COTTON blend has a natural and tactile quality. Bamboo fibers are fine and soft giving the bedding a beautiful luxurious feel and is super soft. The cotton threads are twisted with a subtle slub. The thread count is about 300TC which is perfect for allowing your skin to breath and prevents excessive sweating and discomfort.

Can I return items?
Yes you can, we accept a full money back guarantee for any product returned unused, within 14 days after purchase and in the original packaging. Subject to providing a valid reason for the return.

 How do I care for my Bamboo bedding?
Bamboo bedlinen is easy to care for and only gets softer with every wash.
Bamboo is a natural fibre and can be machine washed at 30' but it is best washed cold. Line dry in the shade to prevent sun damage and fading. It can be tumble dried on low. It my be a little stiff when wet but will soften when dry, this is due to the water absorption properties of Bamboo.

How do I care for my velvet accessories?
Our Cotton velvet accessories can be machine washed on a warm gentle cycle,  or a cold wash which will preserve the colour for longer.
Tumble dried on low or line dried in the shade to prevent fading.
Velvet is a delicate fabric and must be treated with care. The pile can be bruised if crumpled or squashed into a small machine and left damp.
Remove the velvet bedding from the tumble dryer or washing machine immediately after the cycle is finished.
